Denada ice cream is another healthier treat alternative for those following a low carbohydrate or keto diet. Some flavours are also vegan. Denada ice cream Denada ice cream comes in colourful 475ml tubs. They contain (mostly) natural ingredients and no added sugars. They are sweetened with xylitol and are low in carbohydrates and sugar and gluten-free. A couple of their flavours are also dairy-free and vegan. FroPro ice cream FroPro ice cream comes in tubs with 473-520ml, depending on the flavour. Current flavours include: Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Strawberry With Berry Ripple and Keto Chocolate and are available in Woolworths supermarkets. All flavours are high in protein, low fat, have no added sugar, are low glycemic index and gluten free. Product review: CocoLuscious organic coconut ice cream
On my very first visit to Paleo Cafe one of the many things that grabbed my eye was CocoLuscious organic coconut ice cream. The fact that Alvaro was not there was the perfect excuse to buy a tub to bring home. With many flavours to choose from it was very tempting to grab one of each but the price tag ($12+) helped with restricting the purchase.
