Free meal plan templates

These free meal plan templates are designed to organise your weekly meals based on the protein-rich component to maximise variety and nutrient intake.

Choose the meal plan template that better aligns to your eating pattern:

  • Pescatarian: includes eggs, dairy, fish and seafood
  • Vegetarian: includes eggs and dairy
  • Omnivore: includes all animal- and plant-based protein rich foods

How to use:

These templates will tell you when to eat which protein-rich food to ensure variety. You decide what type of meal you want to include the protein-rich food in (e.g. a salad, a stew, a casserole, etc.)
