FroPro ice cream FroPro ice cream comes in tubs with 473-520ml, depending on the flavour. Current flavours include: Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Strawberry With Berry Ripple and Keto Chocolate and are available in Woolworths supermarkets. All flavours are high in protein, low fat, have no added sugar, are low glycemic index and gluten free.
