Mum's burgers are a simple weeknight meal best served with salad and some good mustard.

beef mince

minced onion

minced tomato

garlic clove

minced parsley
salt & pepper
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp ghee/oil in a pan at low-medium heat, cook onion, tomato and garlic until soft.
In a bowl, mix beef mince, onion, tomato and garlic, egg and parsley. Season with salt & pepper.
Form patties, heat 1 tbsp ghee/oil, cook patties 3-5 minutes per side.
Serve with salad.
