Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp collagen hydrolysate
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp greens powder
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla powder or essence

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 avocado or 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • optional sweetener, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix in a blender until smooth.
