Overnight oats

This is a template for making overnight oats your way

Ingredients

  • 1/3-1/2 cup plain rolled oats
  • 1/3-1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3-1/2 cup yoghurt

Optional toppings

  • nuts and/or seeds
  • fibre e.g. psyllium husk, LSA, Macro Gentle Fibre
  • fruit
  • sweetener e.g. honey, maple syrup, non-caloric sweetener
  • spices e.g. cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, turmeric
  • protein powder
  • collagen powder
  • creatine monohydrate

Instructions

  • Place oats and milk in a bowl or jar. Place in the fridge and let soak overnight.
  • The next morning, add yoghurt and optional toppings.
  • Enjoy.
