Overnight oats
This is a template for making overnight oats your way

Total Time 10 minutes minutes
- 1/3-1/2 cup plain rolled oats
- 1/3-1/2 cup milk
- 1/3-1/2 cup yoghurt
Optional toppings
- nuts and/or seeds
- fibre e.g. psyllium husk, LSA, Macro Gentle Fibre
- fruit
- sweetener e.g. honey, maple syrup, non-caloric sweetener
- spices e.g. cinnamon, nutmeg, ground ginger, turmeric
- protein powder
- collagen powder
- creatine monohydrate
Place oats and milk in a bowl or jar. Place in the fridge and let soak overnight.
The next morning, add yoghurt and optional toppings.
Enjoy.
