Ingredients

  • 1 fresh young coconut chilled
  • 2 heaped tbsp lúcuma powder

Instructions

  • Crack open the coconut, pour water in blender, scoop the flesh with a spoon and add it to the blender.
  • Add lúcuma powder, blend until smooth and enjoy.
