Lúcuma smoothie
One of the most common forms of consuming lúcuma in Perú is as a smoothie (called “jugo de lúcuma con leche”), which is naturally thick and sweet.

small or 1/2 large frozen banana
peel first, then freeze
ice cubes to taste
Optional
unflavoured protein powder
cocoa powder or cacao nibs to garnish
Instructions
Blend all ingredients.
Serve, add a sprinkle of cocoa powder or cacao nibs if you wish and enjoy.
