Double chocolate, adzuki and black sesame bliss balls

These healthier bliss balls use 2 forms of chocolate, adzuki beans and black tahini.

Ingredients

  • 1 cups cooked adzuki beans you can use canned
  • g dark chocolate I used 78%
  • 2 tbsp black tahini
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • g prunes or Medjool dates
  • 1-2 tsp white sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Break chocolate in pieces and place in a bowl on top of boiling water until melted.
  • Place beans, melted chocolate, tahini, cacao powder and prunes/dates in a food processor and process until well combined.
  • Add white sesame seeds, mix well and roll into balls.
  • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
