Chocolate peanut butter protein shake

This recipe is for the chocolate + PB combo lovers out there. It is great as a post-workout drink if your next meal is a few hours away or can sub for breakfast as it is high in protein and reasonably filling.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled water
  • 1 scoop neutral-tasting protein powder see recommendations above
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder see recommendation above
  • sweetener to taste I used 3 sachets
  • ice to taste

Instructions

  • Place water, then rest of the ingredients in a shaker, shake and enjoy.
